BodySpecs glasses with gaskets are relatively close fitting and most adults with medium to larger head sizes should find that the gasket provides a wind proof seal around their eye sockets.

However if you have a smaller head, it is a good idea before ordering to check that the temple width of the frame will be close fitting enough to achieve the objective of insulating your eye sockets.

What the frame sizes mean

Temple width: measured straight across the inside of the gasket where it would touch your temples
Frame width: measured straight across to the inside of the temple bars (sunglass arms).

These measurements are approximate and should be taken as a guide only.

How to measure your temple width

We suggest that with the assistance of another person, you use a ruler to measure the width of your head from temple to temple at eye height and use this to assess whether the glasses will be a suitable fit.

Why not order two frame styles to see which is the best fit?

We suggest that you order two different models from the range, such as the Z-002 and the convertible goggles/sunglasses because you may find that one provides a better windproof seal than the other, depending on the shape of your face. You can then return the less comfortable one for a refund.

If you have a small or narrow head, you may find that you need to choose one of our frames that can be worn with an elasticated headband in order to get the optimum seal.
